How to be a successful Digital Transformation leader

Geetha is a senior programme/project management professional with 14 years of experience leading large, strategic investments including AI, IT infrastructure, Data Centres, Digital transformation, and Product ownership for two multinational organizations. She specializes in blank sheet assignments and regional, cross-functional IT management initiatives. Based out of Singapore, she works for Panasonic and leads the standardization of regional infrastructure projects and Digital Transformation initiatives across APAC through strategic projects delivery and an optimised portfolio. Until mid-2019, she has been with automotive giant Daimler, for almost a decade. In her last role there as a product and service owner, she has led an incubator initiative that transformed a research-based, in-house AI product into a shared service that reshaped their operations, and won several laurels both within their organization and outside in the industry.
